Cobb Realty, Inc was started in 1972 by Ed M. Cobb. Diane England joined her father’s company in 1974. Diane was the Employing Broker of Cobb Realty up until handing the responsibility to her granddaughter in September of 2018. We are proud of our heritage of being a 4-generation real estate company.

Diane’s granddaughter, Nicole Walburn became a licensed RE Salesperson in 2010. Nicole specializes in Property Management and Broker’s Price Opinions (BPO’s). Currently Nicole is the Employing Broker of the company and will continue to carry on the family heritage of this one of a kind real estate company.
